Information the form collects
The form asks for your name, company, email address, optional phone number, service area, approximate number of computer users, and a description of what you would like help with.
Do not submit passwords, account credentials, payment information, health information, or other sensitive business information through this form.
How we use your information
CentriLogix uses the information to review your inquiry, understand the business context, and respond using the contact information you provide.
How the form reaches us
The form is submitted to this website and sent directly to our own inbox. It is not handled by a third-party form service, and your submission is not stored on this website.
We use Resend to deliver the message, in the same way any business uses an email provider. They process it in transit and keep delivery records; see the Resend privacy policy. Once delivered, your inquiry lives in our mailbox and is subject to our own retention, described below.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site and which pages lead to an inquiry. It records the pages you view, how you arrived (for example a search engine or a link), your device and browser type, your approximate location at city or region level, and interactions such as scrolling, outbound link clicks and a successful form submission. It does not record what you type into the contact form. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
It sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* to tell one visit from the next. The data is kept for 2 months and then deleted by Google. Google processes it on our behalf; see the Google privacy policy.
To opt out, block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Customer records and marketing email
We use HubSpot as our customer record system. If you send us an inquiry or subscribe to our updates, your name, email address, phone number, company and anything you write to us are stored there so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.
HubSpot also sets first-party cookies (hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc) that link a form submission to the visit it came from, so we can tell which pages bring in inquiries. HubSpot processes this on our behalf; see the HubSpot privacy policy.
We only send marketing email to people who ask for it. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops it immediately. Blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings opts you out of the tracking described here.
Other website data
This site does not provide user accounts or run advertising pixels. Our hosting provider may process ordinary request information needed to deliver the website and protect its network.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our mailbox while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you return to. We remove them on request.
